Class In Session Inc. was founded in 2015 by Tinnelle Hosten, an Ontario Certified Teacher with more than 15 years of experience. We offer specialized literacy tutoring for children who struggle with reading, spelling, writing, phonics and decoding, with a focus on dyslexia, suspected dyslexia and learning disabilities.
Our educators are certified by the Ontario College of Teachers, and hold additional qualifications as Reading Specialists, English Specialist, ESL Specialists, O.G and SMT.

From Toronto classrooms to literacy specialists
We began teaching in 2002 in a Toronto classroom, supporting students across every curriculum subject. Class In Session Inc. followed in 2015. Today our focus is literacy: one-to-one and enrichment programs that help every learner build strong reading, spelling and writing skills.

Certified teachers with extra literacy training
Every educator on our team is certified by the Ontario College of Teachers and holds additional qualifications as a Reading Specialist, English Specialist, ESL Specialist, Orton-Gillingham (O.G.) or SMT. We are also Neurodiversity Specialists, supporting students with ADHD, mild autism, executive function skills, giftedness and other learning gifts. That training is why our lessons are structured, multisensory and planned around how your child learns.
