We give you knowledge with ease
01. Do you work with children who have “Learning Disabilities” (LD) in addition to ADHD?

Absolutely. ADHD rarely travels alone. I support families navigating “Comorbid” diagnoses such as Dyslexia (reading), Dyscalculia (math), and Dysgraphia (writing). We focus on strategies that bypass the disability and play to the teen’s intellectual strengths.

02. Do you work with children who also have Anxiety or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)?

Yes, I specialize in the “Neurodivergent” umbrella. ADHD often overlaps with anxiety and sensory processing issues. My coaching is “sensory-informed” and focuses on reducing the overwhelm that leads to meltdowns.

03. Do you help with school-related issues like IEPs and 504 plans?

Yes! I help parents understand their rights and how to advocate for their child. I can help you translate school “jargon” into a plan that actually supports your teen’s specific ADHD brain in the classroom.

04. Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching or just group programs?

I offer both! I have intensive 1-on-1 “Deep Dive” packages for families in crisis, as well as group workshops and webinars for those looking for community and foundational strategies.

05. What exactly is ADHD Parent Coaching and how is it different from therapy?

Therapy often looks backward to heal past wounds. Coaching is future-oriented and action-based. We focus on “What do we do tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM when the bus is coming?” We build systems, routines, and communication skills for the here and now.
